Meet the McDonough Team Behind Servo Garage Doors McDonough
We’re a small crew. That’s deliberate. Every technician who rolls up to a McDonough driveway works under the same written standard, uses the same documentation, and answers to the same person: Marcus Deller, the owner. No subcontracted crews, no rotating cast. When you call (470) 928-4767 and book a repair in Henry County, one of four people shows up. Here’s who they are, what they actually do, and what it looks like when they leave.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner & Lead Technician
Marcus started Servo in 2015 after spending a decade watching garage door companies quote by phone and bill by surprise. He built the business around a rule he could defend in any driveway: write the price before the work, photograph the failed part before quoting it, and hand the customer a documented record when the job is done. On most McDonough repair calls, Marcus is the one running the diagnostic. He’ll tell you the torsion spring measured 0.225-inch wire diameter before he tells you it broke. He’s serviced every major brand the company works on: LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Clopay, Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Craftsman, and Raynor. Off the clock, he restores old Ford trucks and has strong opinions about barbecue in Stockbridge, which he will share only if you ask.
Devon R., Senior Installer
Devon has been with Servo for seven years and handles most full-door installations across McDonough, Locust Grove, and Hampton. His specialty is Clopay and Amarr steel-back doors, and he spends the first twenty minutes of every install squaring the opening and checking the jamb, which is why his doors don’t sag a year later. He’s certified on commercial dock-leveler retrofits and carries the record for most doors hung in a single week during the summer of 2022, a number Marcus still disputes. Devon coached youth baseball in McDonough for four seasons and still calls a level a “cheater stick,” which it is.
Keisha T., Service Coordinator
Keisha is the voice on the other end of (470) 928-4767, including the 2 a.m. emergency calls from Eagle’s Landing and Ola. She logs every call, confirms whether the technician needs a photo before dispatch, and sends the on-the-way text with the tech’s name before the truck leaves the shop. Before Servo, Keisha worked in medical scheduling, which is why she’s calm when someone says their door slammed shut on the family van and won’t open. She keeps a bindered copy of The Haven Standard on her desk and can quote Clause 1 from memory faster than anyone else in the company. She grew up in Rex and has not missed a McDonough High School graduation since her niece enrolled.
Jordan M., Apprentice Technician
Jordan is two years into the trade and shadows Marcus on most repair and service calls. He started out unloading trucks and pre-staging parts, and now handles spring pad adjustments, roller swaps, and photo documentation on every stop. His job is to photograph the findings before anyone quotes a replacement, and Marcus audits his photo records weekly, which means Jordan is already better at documenting jobs than most seasoned techs at other companies. He’s currently studying for his LiftMaster opener certification and rebuilds vintage mini-bikes in his garage in Stockbridge. If you see a tall kid with a clipboard photographing your broken spring, that’s Jordan making sure the record stays clean.
One Standard, Every Job

All four of us work under the same document, The Haven Standard. It’s not a poster in the bathroom. It’s a set of written clauses that govern every visit, starting with Clause 1: a flat, written price and written scope before any work begins. No exceptions, no verbal estimates, no “call for a quote.” Clause 4 is why we photograph the failed part before quoting a replacement. Clause 6 is why you get a documented photo record of findings and completed work when we leave. Marcus wrote the standard in 2015 and every technician, installer, coordinator, and apprentice signs it or leaves. In McDonough, that means the person who answers your call, the technician in your driveway, and the name on the truck answer to the same rulebook. It’s the only way four people can keep a promise across 16 cities in metro Atlanta.
